A college scholar has been arrested on suspicion of supporting Hamas after a speech was made in Brighton.
Counter Terrorism Policing South East have launched an investigation into the speech – and immediately confirmed they’ve arrested a 22-year-old.

A report by the Day by day Mail alleges the speech described members of Hamas as “stunning” and “inspiring.”
The girl, who’s from Brighton and is known to be a scholar, was held on Thursday and remains to be in police custody.
